i don’t know which one to buy

the monster jammies are adorable but i kind of think they’re a bit much… and i like both clear cases but i bought a white iphone, so then i’m like “why buy a blue case?” …but i love the shade of blue it is…

someone make the decision for me lol

a. the white iphone – i held onto my stupid 3G for as long as i could because i’m not a frivolous spender and i’m a huge believer of “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”.  buttttttttttt… it broke, lol.  it started freezing up on me at random times and i couldn’t even hard reset or shut the damn thing off.  and everything was running slow as shit, so i upgraded this weekend.
b. sean avery (naked) – (more info) he’s one of my favorite rangers. i constantly get shit for it, but whatever. as much as i am a #16 on the ice fan, he’s also vurrrry hot. so when i saw that it was available on a shirt, you bet your bottom i was grabbing one… #UNF.
c. face to face/strung out – two of my favorite 90′s pop punk bands together. i can’t even describe the joy that wednesday night will be. i have never seen strung out AND i didn’t even know they were playing with face to face until i went to purchase the tickets. i can’t even contain myself.
d. the bouncing souls – steve and i bought tickets to the souls shows this summer. they’re playing four nights in a row, but we bought for two nights. my favorite live souls album is “…my summer vacation” – it’s so much fun live, so we got tickets to that night and for the hopeless romantic/self titled night.
e. TOMS – i always wanted to buy myself a pair of these shoes, but i never knew how they fit, so i never ordered them online… (go a half-size up #FYI) so when i was in utah, i was on a hunt for them and i finally got them. even though they’re flat, they’re super comfy and never hurt my feet.  i also have small, wide feet, so they’re perfect for me. they’re very versatile style-wise, which i love. they’re not super casual looking, so i can get away wearing them out at night.
f. deep conditioning pantene for curly hair – my hair is curly, heavy, thick and unruly. i’m always on the look out for new products to try to tame this mane, and i stumbled upon this on sale at the store…  i’ve only been using it for a week, but i have noticed that my curls are tighter.  i always air-dry my hair, and it’s usually all bunched up tight on my head into clips while it’s drying.  my hair is so heavy, that if i don’t do that at the roots, my hair just gets weighed down. and all blah – like the curls will just start halfway down my head, it’s weird. and this is happening a lot more because i’m letting my hair grow out long again.
g. octopus clips – my hair breaks hair clips… not even shitting you.  i’ve broken three of my favorite clips in the last two months, and (of course) they stopped making the clips that i use…  i’ve been on the hunt for new ones. not too large/long and not too small.  ones with the rubber grips are the best. so i bought this octopus jammies, and they are awesome.  they hold my hair, and a great deal of it, without a hitch.

ever since i did the last update to my iphone, it’s been LE SUCK.  and i’m onto apple.

…everything seems to be running slower and my service has been SHIT in my apartment. i can’t believe how bad its been over the last few months. i mean, sure i’m in a basement, but i have a full size window in my apartment… even with the phone in front of it, it isn’t barely hitting three bars at best…

my friends who come over with their iphones 4′s – they’re good?! #WTF my brother has good service with his fucking metroPCS phone!!! i pay twice what he pays!

i swear it’s a conspiracy so that i cave in and buy the new iphone… (little do they know i’m simply holding out for the white one…) anyways, i bet you that they’re filling my phone with updates that are taking my phone down.

last night for instance…  i was messing around with my phone before bed and noticed that the battery was full up.  which i thought was a little odd because i had been using it all day long, but i couldn’t remember if i did or if i didn’t plug it into the computer instead of the wall charger or not.  i thought that you shouldn’t plug in fully charged things, so i just left it on the nightstand and went off to dreamland…

usually i wake up at around 6:30/7 am and i look over and see that i can sleep a little longer (fuck yeah.), and actually get up at 8:30 am…
i woke up this morning at 9:10 am… :(  my alarm never went off because the phone died.

i tried to explain it to my boss when i got to work (not that i was in trouble or anything), but i felt like i sounded like “the dog ate my homework” shite reason/excuse, lol.

grrrrrrrrr.

so i don’t even remember how, but somehow last year i found/met eric via twitter… quite often, i favorite a lot of his tumblr photo posts via my we <3 it account. while browsing one day, i saw he created an iphone wallpaper and it got the idea flowing to get a side project kind of like rads2.org going again for just that… iphone wallpapers!

between him and i, there will be quite the assortment. i like how it won’t be limited to things i’m mostly interested in so that they’ll appeal to many. so yeah, he’s down for it… so it’ll be in the works shortly.
keep your eyes peeled.

i think i might base a lot of them from contact tables that i had on rads2.org, but i have a shit ton more that will produce fresh ones, too.

i don’t know how many real-life friends read this, but if you do, please send me your phone number a la contact form or text me (with your name, obv.). my iphone took a big fat shit on my life…

debating on making a website for iphone wallpapers. i wonder if anyone would really use them, i don’t really have the time to push them like i used to do for my contact tables for myspace… (RIP<3) ughhh ... i dunno :| kinda miss a creative obligation though... and i still have all the files/raw files from my contact tables, wouldn't be that hard to swap 'em out into wallpapers...

you piss me off for various reasons…

1. i can’t just download beatles songs from itunes on my iphone when they pop up into my head… that’s annoying. (okay i know that’s not YOUR fault, but still… i curse my itunes everytime because i forget…)
2. your 3G service has been LE SUCKING MY BALLS on the LIRR down in penn station all of a sudden, and also around QBPlaza on the 7 train.
3. you’ve been lagging.
4. you make me pay too much to make a ringtone… it’s just silly. i’m going to find a way around this.
5. i want to change the colour of my background without jailbreaking it.
6. the default size of your earbuds are horrible. they never stay in place or comfortably.
7. i would like to assign certain sounds/ringtones for certain people when they text me.
8. please make flash work.

i left my headphones/earbuds whatever you wanna call em’s at george’s apartment in queens. it’s a good thing i read a lot of “it” while i was on the long ass journey home. i didn’t realize until i hit my train stop for work, which is the first stop in brooklyn… so it wasn’t that horrible… but to know that they are so far away and unattainable is truly frustrating. now i can’t listen to music tomorrow on the way to work, during work or tomorrow on the way to the apartment…

saturday: cascarino’s w/erica and then we went to the mall – i finally got an iphone, i got this wonderful piece of sexy bag that is known as my new snakeskin betseyville bag (it needs more purple on it betsey, boo you!) – i got the newest DKNY perfume, yum! and some ridiculously large, awesome, neon pink, $11 bag from target… haha, my bags were on different price spectrum’s that day…

sunday: krays/casualties free show @ club europa in brooklyn…  sweaty, friend filled, free, lots of beer, HOURS of music, cute punk rock boys, my shiny pants – fun fun fun!

andddddd that was my exciting weekend.

i just got back from erica’s a little while ago, decided i need to clean my room…  i caught a second wind from falling asleep in her bed for a while before…  i seriously need to start throwing more shit out and start packing up.

today me and erica were talking about me moving in, seriously for once…  she wants her cousin out – it’s our ongoing joke that it’s my bedroom because i was supposed to move into her 3rd bedroom in the house over a year ago and couldn’t because i wasn’t making enough money…  now it may finally become mine and an issue is brought up – she says there’s a no pet rule, anddd she’s allergic anyways.  and i’m definitely taking oscar wherever i go, he’s my kid.  so there goes that idea?  :(  ugh – it’s one damn block off of bell blvd. – SOOOOO convenient!!

i got an apartment offer from someone i know in a newly renovated basement for $875 a month/utilities included for a 1 bedroom in whitestone.  which is cool because i would LOVE to live in whitestone again…  BUT – it’s not near a train.  not even the LIRR…  which leaves me with the same issue as i have now with my LONG ass commute everyday…  but i do love and miss my old ‘hood – i grew up there…  and i kinda think living without roommates might be good for me.  and it’s right by sophie’s, and everyone else i know – so maybe that’d be better for me…  i don’t wanna move somewhere and be alone…  it’s hard enough dealing with being alone and i’m still here.

enough complaining!

so i dyed my bangs, again.  purple/red (see photo above, duh).  i want a darker purple and i kind of hate the red…  i dont normally wear anything red – and it doesn’t match with most colours i wear on a daily, so i’m thinking about hitting up M5 for a quick bleach/dye job tomorrow…  maybe not.  maybe i’ll do it myself.

…i got this super cool tote bag from a company in my office building at work the other day!!

i always see some chick walking around with it and i thought it was the best thing i’d ever seen.  sooooo funny!  so i looked on their website to see if they sold them or something and they didn’t…  but! …i had bumped into one of their employee’s in the hall and asked about it, and i think she said they were for employee’s only or something.  she didn’t speak loudly enough and we parted ways…  SO – i emailed them and told them i worked down the hall and a week later, it was in an envelope with my name on it at the front door of our office.

i feel special having one.
it made my day getting it.  it felt like christmas, lol.

…seriously debating on this iphone purchase/switch this weekend.  i honestly hate typing on the damn thing.  it’s the one thing that’s stopping me.  i’d miss my little cell phone keyboard…  well, i’ll be deciding by tomorrow afternoon i suppose.

i am suuuuuuper comfy here on erica’s couch… watching this shitty ranger game… super warm, full… don’t want to leave.
