my friend dated this dude who was amazingly creative and seriously talented. and i remember thinking when they started dating that their creative flow together was amazing. in fact, ever since i met this girl… we’ve had such a good flow together, too.
when i met her, from day one, we just clicked. ideas flowed, we wanted to do things… this was before this cat was even in the picture. we sat there for hours chit chatting away and even though we had a website that was “coming soon” for a straight year… we launched it.
when i met jes five years ago, the whole situation was via my ex who did graff… or at least the way that i found her, he didn’t know her personally… anyhow, seeing and hearing about nyc writers that he liked got me into graff… he really liked writers that used characters, like a one icon deal, like jes’s j-heart. long story short, jes was confused with someone else that we knew with (almost) the same name and i started checking out her shit on myspace (RIP). i was looking at all of her fills and i fell in love. i remember one of the first pictures i ever used for a contact table – which is still one of my favorites – is why i started talking to her – it was adorable (below). it was a collabo between her and bob will reign.
i was instantly hooked.

what have i been doing? i feel like i haven’t really posted here.
um. going to shows, hanging out with lauren and wilma, hanging out with jes, getting aggravated by a dude, being pleasantly surprised by another, meeting a new one, freelancing, going on a date?, going upstate a couple of times, hanging out at my moms, decorating for xmas, drinking too much coffee and booze, getting crazy on the ex, xmas shopping, crafting, cleaning, staying warm, etc.
the confusing bore that is my life… hopefully all changing soon.

so i don’t really remember how, but the other day my co-worker and i were talking and i exclaimed “holy eurochrist!” complaining about something but i was actually thinking “eucharist” (holy communion). she laughed at me… but then she said she pictured christ in a beret in or something in europe and i thought to recreate her thought into a picture… france first.
she lol’d at it hardcore and she loved it so much that she printed it out for her household, to hang forever.<3 i hope you enjoy it as well.

since the new myspace doesn’t even allow contact tables anymore, it was (even more so) pointless to have rads2.org up anymore. (my old myspace layout/contact tables website) although facebook kind of took over a while ago, it was still up just in case… now it’s just official, and this saddens me because i worked really hard for a long time on all them jammies. and a lot of cool people i’ve met online came out of making all of them… including jes.
…another hobby bites the dust.
okay so apparently i have to make it more obvious that there’s a scroll bar up above my blog for the header (the white bar on the pink…)- you can scroll right to see the entire thing – and you can press the buzzers for content – although it’s mostly about me? lol

friday was the friday the 13th special at three kings, but unfortunately it was too busy for us to get tatted up… i got out of work at 4, but apparently that still wasn’t early enough. i went home to shower quickly and steve picked me up and then we scooped up jes and co. and shuffled over there…
we waited for four stinkin’ hours and never got in for our ink – but we all had a really good time either way, just laughin’ it up together for a while… and it wasn’t so nasty hot out either… the only unbearable thing was that i had to pee the entire time… ugh, now the next friday the 13th won’t be until next may… guess next time i’m going to take the day off instead of leaving “early”… i really wanted this tattoo, man… it was a pair of hands, cut at the wrist with blood dripping holding up the middle finger for the 1 and three fingers on the other hand for the 3 to make the 13… it would have looked so cute next to my misfits skull… 
i can’t wait til i own an apartment or a home (perhaps even involving kids) so that i can start concentrating on amazingly fun, creative projects… (this is so nifty!)

in my d: drive, i have a shittttttttttt tonnnnnnnnnn of pictures. in addition to having all of those - in all, i had over 3k contact tables over at rads2.org alone… all of those were spawned off of the awesome pictures i’ve collected over the years…
…shit if i wanted to, i could keep everyone busy visually… and effortlessly, for quite a while. months, years…
instead i sit here and bitch about my horribly boring life, and sometimes i make you guys laugh and keep all of my pictures to myself (for graphic design/collaging purposes). i’m sorry i’m a not clicker, but a traditional/boring typer. (thanks for returning over and over<3)
rads2.org tables was my way of sharing my pics with everyone, but then everyone went and got blue and white facebooks.

there is a website that i listed my blog on years ago – a NYC directory… i think it’s one of the cutest ideas ever… the people that run it haven’t updated it since ’05 or ’06 (honestly why i’d like to take over). they’re also not answering emails. (well, the two that i’ve sent over the last year…)
to (pretty much steal since they won’t answer me and give me permission) take over, or not to take over…

so here are a few things i found in a folder on my computer tonight… i had been messing around with this stuff in photoshop and they were either unused, unfinished or on my (private) myspace profile… (so i’m assuming most of you haven’t seen these things…)
unused i thought this was a cool idea, and that’s my favorite quote from the book.
so i don’t even remember how, but somehow last year i found/met eric via twitter… quite often, i favorite a lot of his tumblr photo posts via my we <3 it account. while browsing one day, i saw he created an iphone wallpaper and it got the idea flowing to get a side project kind of like rads2.org going again for just that… iphone wallpapers!
between him and i, there will be quite the assortment. i like how it won’t be limited to things i’m mostly interested in so that they’ll appeal to many. so yeah, he’s down for it… so it’ll be in the works shortly.
keep your eyes peeled.
i think i might base a lot of them from contact tables that i had on rads2.org, but i have a shit ton more that will produce fresh ones, too.
i want to start doing more computer-free artsy things.
when i was making the dollar bill rings the other day, it felt good to be crafty. it’s a nice outlet… and i forgot how rewarding it feels to make stuff. i was always a super creative kid, i’m gonna start making things. i don’t know what. or for what… maybe to sell? maybe not.
